The WeRefund option

An option you add to an order, with the order, when the store offers it — never a subscription. It buys a service: the follow-up of your return. It is not a promise that a refund will be issued; the refund stays between you and the store.

  • An e-mail after the purchaseHow to find the order here, with the e-mail you ordered with.
  • A reminder before the window closesThree days before the last day to return.
  • The return request, and its conversationThe items, the reason, messages, photos and videos, with the store.
  • The tracking, and the refund issuedThe parcel on its way back, and the refund as the store’s payment provider shows it.
Free for everyone, with or without the option: the Policy Record of every order from a Verified store, and its return deadline.
