Six records, all yours
Each record keeps the store, the address of its policy, the date and time in UTC, the order and transaction, the return window, the version of the policy — its HTML, a rendered PDF and a capture —, the SHA-256 of that version, and the signature of WeRefund. A new version of a store’s policy never changes the record of an order already placed.

What a record shows
What was published at the policy address at the time of your purchase — not what you saw or accepted on the store’s pages. The return terms stay the store’s own; the record is the proof of which version applied to your order.
Northbeam changed its return policy page on Sep 23, and WeRefund is re-checking it. Your two Northbeam orders keep the versions published on the days you bought: v6 and v5.
The proof link
Each record has a private link you can give to your bank or in a dispute. It shows the store, the date, the SHA-256, the version and the signature — never the text of the policy. To show the text, download the PDF and send it yourself.
Anyone with the link can check the record without an account. Keep it for the people you choose.
