Orders
Read from WooCommerce, read-only. WeRefund adds two things to each order: the Policy Record of the policy published at the time of purchase, and — when the shopper added it — the WeRefund option.

The WeRefund option
A fixed fee by order value, from $0.99 to $4.99, added by the shopper and collected with the order by your own payment provider. Consumer fees
It carries the return request. Only an order with the option can open a return request through WeRefund.
It stays due when a refund is issued on the order — the service was provided. An order cancelled before any payment has no fee.
The Policy Record
One per paid order, with or without the option: the version of your policy published at the time of purchase, kept on file. It is free for every shopper. Policy Records
The window starts at delivery, never at the order. Until WooCommerce gives a delivery date, the order says “Waiting for delivery” and nothing counts down.
