What is settled here is the shopper option, priced by order value and added per order at checkout — never a subscription. You collect it with the order through your own payment provider and remit it twice a month: the 1st–15th is settled around the 16th, the 16th–end of month around the 1st. You get a statement, then an automatic debit of the net amount.
