Policy addresses

Verification

WeRefund reads these three pages — it never searches your site for them, and never writes them.

A page that stops answering makes verification unavailable until it is fixed or its address changed here.

Return formula

The window your policy promises, counted from delivery. You pick among those your head office country allows.

The badge never shows the window. Shoppers read it in their own dashboard, with the policy of their order.

Returns

Never public

Where shoppers send an item back once you accept its return. It pre-fills every acceptance, and you can still change it for a single request.

A shopper sees it only on a return you accepted. It is never on your public profile, in search or in the public API.
