What WooCommerce gives

Orders, their lines and amounts
The delivery date, which starts the return window
The product image, when the store has one

What Stripe gives

Payments, with the WeRefund fee collected in them
Refunds issued, with their amount and date
Never a card number

A connection that stops answering is flagged here and by e-mail: orders placed while it is silent get no Policy Record until it is back.
